- Delivery charges are as mentioned at the time of order placing.
- Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive an email with the tracking details.
- Delivery:
- We use reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the customer. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
- In case of any delay or issues with the delivery, customers can contact our customer support team for assistance.
- Delivery Address:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing an order.
- In case of any incorrect or incomplete information, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery of the order. A charge of Rs.100/- will be applied to the customer if a product is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Unavailability of customer:
- If the customer is not available to receive the delivery at the specified address, the courier company will make a maximum of two more attempts to deliver the order.
- If the order is still not delivered after three attempts, it will be returned back to us and the customer will be notified of the same.
- Packaging:
- All orders are securely packaged to ensure the products reach our customers in perfect condition.
