If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please contact us.
For Services : If you cancel your appointment on the appointment day, then there’ll be a cancellation fee of Rs. 999/- and for rescheduling Rs.499/- fee will be applied. Additionally, any extra charges including Travelling, Accommodation & Food will be deducted.
For products : If you cancel your order before your items have been shipped, we will refund the total amount within 3-5 working days if already paid online.
But in case once the order has been shipped i.e we hand it over to shipping companies then we will not be able to cancel the order but you can ship back the product to us at the address below. Money will be refunded within 3-5 working days of receiving the product after it’s inspection.
Note – Customer is responsible for the product delivery charges as well as shipping it back to us for the cancellation after shipping.
Gramveda reserves the right to alter and enforce this Cancellation Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to users.
